Registration Form for Volunteer Coaches

Thank you for offering to be a volunteer coach with the Social Work Professional Support Service (SWPSS).

When you complete the online form you are deemed to understand that this is a volunteer role and that you will need to offer up to four hours of coaching a month for a period of 6 months.

Once you have submitted the form a member of the BASW PSS administration team will contact you to request evidence of your identity and credentials so that you can be set up on the PSS Platform. The reason this is a multiple-step verification process is to protect the security and privacy of yourself and the participants.

Once your credentials have been confirmed by a member of the administration team, you will be sent a separate email invitation from BASW PSS to join the PSS Platform. This email will include step-by-step instructions on how to register on the secure service, enter your biographical details, and manage your calendar and appointments.

Please note that the information you provide on this form will be used solely for the purposes of registering you as a volunteer coach on the PSS Platform.

And once again, thank you for offering your valuable time to help your colleagues.
